Delivery and Installation

We deliver our products all over India, except for a few states mentioned below, at no extra charge to you. Our products are packaged with the finest care and shipped via experienced and professional logistics partners, to make sure they reach you in the same new condition in which they left us!

We currently do not service Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Jammu and Kashmir and Chhatisgarh. However, if you can provide us an alternate shipping address, or arrange for your own logistics, we will be more than happy to provide you with your chosen product. Contact us so we can help find a solution.

The price you see against each product includes free assembly in Gurgaon and Delhi; but is available on request (chargeable) in other locations. If you require this service, please contact us and we shall try our best to arrange the same at the earliest. Else, all our products are manufactured for DIY installation and our technical support team is available on call along with assembly videos for any assistance.


Shipping Time

Products are usually shipped within 7 days of receiving payment. It is helpful for us to deliver on time if you can provide some prominent landmark in your address.

In order to receive smooth delivery, kindly ensure that you have entered your shipping address completely and accurately. Please note that your delivery can get delayed if the address or name is inaccurate.


What You Should Check

Once the product is installed, please ensure that it is functioning properly and is free of any defects. Please make sure you are satisfied that there are no breakages, cracks or chipping. We are extra careful with our packaging to ensure full protection for the product but in rare cases there can be transit damage.

In case of any concern, please ensure to contact us before the installation team leaves your place. Once you sign off and the team leaves, we assume that the installation was satisfactory and it becomes very difficult for us to trace accountability for any issues later.


Warranty

All our products are covered by the Adona Warranty for five years. This means that if you are having any problem with the product, we shall fix it or replace it. We take our quality commitment very seriously so you can rest easy that you are in good hands.


Returns

Many of our products are made to order. This means that we cannot accommodate "change of mind" returns. Once you place an order on our website, it is final and no refunds are possible.
